Courses | Dr. Vivian Atud — AI Authority, Ownership & Leadership Training

Courses & Programmes

Training for people who intend to execute.

Every course here was built the same way: a working framework, tested on real clients, compressed into the shortest path that still produces evidence. No motivation. No filler modules. You finish with an asset you can point to.

Dr. Vivian Atud is a PhD economist, AI governance strategist and author of sixteen books. Her courses sit at the intersection of three things most training keeps apart: rigorous economics, practical artificial intelligence, and the discipline to ship.

The catalogue is organised into three tracks. The AI Authority track turns expertise into published, distributed authority in ten-day sprints. The Capital & Ownership track teaches the mechanics of tax lien and tax deed investing and the wider work of building assets rather than accumulating income. The Leadership & AI Governance track equips executives and institutions to adopt artificial intelligence without surrendering judgement to it.

Choose by outcome, not by topic. Each course below states plainly what you will have built by the end.

Track One

AI Authority & Publishing

Ten-day sprints from the AI Authority Lab. Each one takes a single asset — a book, an operating system, a podcast — from nothing to published. Eleven modules, ten days, one finished thing.

The 10·10·10 Authority Book Method

Write, structure and publish a credibility-grade book in ten days using AI as a drafting instrument rather than a ghostwriter. The method is the one Dr. Atud used to build her own sixteen-title catalogue.

  • Positioning and thesis design before a word is written
  • Ten chapters in ten days, with AI prompting protocols
  • Editing for authority, not just accuracy
  • KDP publication, metadata and category strategy

The AI Leverage Method

Build the operating system a solo professional needs to run like a full team. Covers delegation architecture, prompt libraries, and the judgement calls AI should never be handed.

  • Map every recurring task to keep, automate or delegate
  • Build a reusable prompt and workflow library
  • Quality control: where human judgement stays non-negotiable
  • Companion text: The One-Person Team

The Podcast Authority Method

Launch a podcast that functions as a distribution engine for expertise you already have. Built from the production system behind The Clarity Mandate.

  • Format, positioning and the first ten episode topics
  • Booking guests above your current level
  • Recording, editing and publishing workflow
  • Turning each episode into six distributed assets

How access works

Entry

Free

Community access, the field guides and the opening module of every sprint.

Builder

$29/mo

All three sprints in full, the toolkits, and the working sessions.

Cohort

$499

Live guided cohort with direct feedback from Dr. Atud and a published asset by the end.

Track Two

Capital & Ownership

Tax lien and tax deed investing, taught by an economist rather than a guru. Grounded in current jurisprudence — Tyler v. Hennepin County (2023) and Pung v. Isabella County (2026) — because the law here has changed and most training has not caught up.

How the courses fit together

The Authority Flywheel

The tracks are not a menu of unrelated topics. They are one loop, and each turn makes the next turn cheaper. This is the sequence, in order.

AI writes

Artificial intelligence compresses the drafting cost of expertise you already hold.

The book establishes

A published book converts private expertise into a citable, verifiable credential.

The podcast distributes

Consistent audio distribution puts that credential in front of people who can act on it.

Authority compounds

Each cycle raises the ceiling on the next — better guests, better clients, better terms.

Frequently asked questions

What courses does Dr. Vivian Atud offer?

Dr. Vivian Atud offers courses in three tracks. The AI Authority track contains three ten-day sprints: the 10·10·10 Authority Book Method, the AI Leverage Method and the Podcast Authority Method. The Capital & Ownership track covers tax lien and tax deed investing through The Sixty-Page Bid courses and the institutional Tax Sale Investor Intelligence Program. The Leadership & AI Governance track serves executives and institutions adopting artificial intelligence.

Do I need technical or AI experience to start?

No. The sprints assume you are an expert in your own field and a beginner with AI tools. Every prompt, template and workflow is provided. If you can write an email, you can complete the first module.

Can a book really be written in ten days?

A credibility-grade book of roughly sixty to ninety pages, yes — provided the thesis and structure are settled before drafting begins, which is what the first two modules exist to do. The method compresses drafting, not thinking. Dr. Atud has published sixteen titles using this approach.

How much do the courses cost?

The AI Authority Lab operates a three-tier ladder: free community entry, Builder membership at $29 per month which unlocks all three sprints, and a guided cohort at $499. The Sixty-Page Bid introductory course is free. Institutional and executive programmes are priced by application.

Is the tax sale training current with the law?

Yes. The curriculum is built on Tyler v. Hennepin County (2023) and Pung v. Isabella County (2026), together with §1983 liability doctrine. These rulings changed the surplus equity landscape materially, and training written before them is out of date. This is educational content and not legal or investment advice; consult qualified counsel for your jurisdiction.

Are the courses faith-aligned?

Dr. Atud teaches from a stewardship framework — capability is entrusted, and the return is measured partly in whom it lifts. That conviction shapes the ethics of the material, particularly the Restorative Capital positioning in the tax sale work. The instruction itself is evidence-based and open to everyone, whatever you believe.

Start where the evidence will show fastest.

If you are unsure which track fits, take the free introductory course or join the community at no cost. You can decide once you have something built.
